Avoid the inherent dangers involved with pressure vessels. Pressurised air has previously always been used to spray bitumen emulsion but now with the recent introduction of the SRE Emulsion pump you can avoid having staff and the public exposed to the risk of over pressurised air vessels

Designed to fit on the back of a ute or truck or trailer our Demountable Tack Coat Sprayers include:

• 250L Bitumen Emulsion tank
• 30L Diesel Flush Tank
• Easy Start Honda 4 Stroke Petrol Engine with Bitumen seal kit
• Simple 3 Valve operation – Circulate, Spray, Hand Lance Suck Back, Diesel Flush
• 9m Hand Lance Hose
• 1.8m Hand lance with Single Whirljet (round Fan) or optional 3 nozzle Triple fan
• Operators Guide on Tank
• Max Temperature 60°C
• 2 x Lifting Lugs
• 3mm Mild steel tank
• Gloss black finish
• 6″ filling cap
